I found a memory card from a fall ride earlier this year on the GS. I like this shadow. It was a nice fall day – bright and sunny.
It was a tad windy though.
But the scenery made up for it.
Lake Como in St. Paul
Lake Josephine
Beautiful fall colors
Love the leaves on this tree
PS: Thanks for the post title
Fuzzy! ;)
Great pictures. The shadow picture is my favorite. Very nice.
ReplyDelete+1 for the shadow picture. Thanks for the share of the wonderful fall colours you get in the East. It makes for a nice contrast that time of the year.
ReplyDeleteI was just reminiscing about Minneapolis this week. My friend just moved out of the city, and I have no idea when or why I'll return. Too bad, it's a phenomenal place to live and see. This makes me sad for the whole area.
ReplyDeleteNice pictures, though, Chris. They seem to strike a longing for Minnesota in my bones. I suppose we're plodding into the holiday season, and that's what happens.

Chris,
ReplyDeleteI like the photo with the dock in it. The sky, the color of the water, and the light just seem to sum up Autumn for me. Great shot.
I bet it looks different now. Here the scenery is wearing your basic gray and brown.
Thanks for the share.
The leaves on the tree in the last picture, at first glance look like "the S word". I dare not say it's name yet. I'm not ready for it to show up. I'm pretty sure it works like Beetlejuice.
ReplyDeleteI like the shadow pic, toonces. It's like you're there... but not.
Trobairitz: Thanks! I stopped to get a shot of the lake and instead ended up taking a dozen shadow photos instead.
ReplyDeleteSonja: It is nice to look back on this pic since everything is now covered in white.
Brady: Thanks. Lucky timing on my part then with this post. You're welcome to come visit anytime. Minneapolis is one of my favorite places I've been so far. Swiss alps are good too ;)
Keith: It does look a bit different. Mostly white with some brown accents. Bright blue skies. I am not looking forward to the gray days coming.
Fuzzy: Do you mean... SNOW?! Snow snow snow snow snow snow. lol. We have about an inch right now. It is just enough to make everything white. thanks again for the title idea. ;)
