While riding my Ural to work the other day, I felt like I was being watched for part of the journey. On the way home, I noticed two heads starring at me.
It is nice to see someone making something beautiful with all the snow we have been getting.
They did a nice job copying the original Moia on Easter Island.
The only beautiful thing I have made out of snow is donuts. Hmm. I suppose that was more fun than beautiful though.
Have you ever made something beautiful out of snow? What did you make?
Wow, nice catch. I have only ever built the classic snowman with a piece of coal or rock for eyes and a carrot for a nose.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I have seen a few of the classic snowmen around as well.
DeleteThose are pretty nice and very unique. I've seen them as ice carvings but never as snow men. You must have gotten quite a bit if snow in the last couple of days.
ReplyDeleteYes, indeed. This photo was taken a couple weeks ago. March is a snowy month for MN
DeleteWow that is awesome! I've only ever seen snow once in my life and it was just a light dusting. That's gotta be why I love your blog so much!!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I can hardly imagine a life without snow some of the time. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
DeleteWow, someone went through a lot of time and effort to do that. It is cool they did it up front for everyone to enjoy rather than hiding it in their back yard.
ReplyDeleteWhat is this thing you call snow? Kidding - we had plenty when I was a kid. Snowmen, snow forts, the usual.
Yes, it was nice they put it on display for all to enjoy. Lol snow.. I love riding it it, but shoveling... Not so much.
DeleteWhat fun! Me? Make things of snow? I thought snow was for running through drifts or seeing how stuck you can get without needing help getting out, unless of course you have someone to help you get unstuck, which means you can get really really stuck :^)
ReplyDeleteSnow drift busting is fun! A sidecar is handy for hauling a big shovel and a person to use it. :-)
